I apply/reapply for membership of the Southern Trekking and Mountaineering Club. I agree to abide by the Constitution and the decisions of the Committee and confirm that I am 18 years of age, or older.

I understand hillwalking, mountaineering and climbing are potentially hazardous activities and agree that Southern Trekking and Mountaineering Club, its officers and members shall not be held liable for any accident, injury or loss, however sustained, which occurs on any meet or on the journey to or from any meet.
